I just spent some time in Seaside while traveling through Florida last week, and I’m really disappointed that I wasn’t aware of these cottages – I fell in love with the Katina Cottages when they were first introduced, and it’s my dream to one day sell my larger home, and retire to a Katrina cottage.
Do you think there is any possibility of Seaside allowing Katrina cottages as residences? (I suspect not…)
